Swimming keeps your heart rate up without causing any impact stress to your body. It builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. It tones your muscles, builds strength and helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. We have swimming classes for ladies with a lady trainer, for gents with a male trainer, and separate swimming lessons for kids up to four levels are some of our distinctive programs.
